Baledzi is responsible for the design, management and execution of the Bifm Operational Risk Assurance Programme covering compliance, risk, governance and business continuity management. As part of the executive team, he also supports the formulation and implementation of strategic initiatives.

With over 10 years work experience in areas of governance, risk and compliance, Baledzi previously held roles at the BIHL Group, Botswana Life, Local Enterprise Authority as well as at Bifm where he started his career.
