Ms Kgafela has extensive experience in the financial services industry spanning over 10 years. She has held various positions within the banking industry including a position in the Treasury Department at Standard Chartered Bank Botswana. She is an accredited trainer in business conduct and etiquette.
She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Botswana attained in 1990 and a Master of Science from Bristol University. She was as appointed as an independent Non – Executive Director of Bifm on 14 August 2019.
