Boikobo is responsible for managing communication with internal and external auditors, cash Management – settlement of client's contributions and withdrawal instructions. He also leads and supports the Operations department projects impacting day-to-day activities and maintains, and coordinating reports, procedures, and processes within the Operations department. 

In addition to his role Mr Mmualefe updates, reviews and manages the Benchmark database, reviews cash and scrip reconciliations, and manages relations with Trustees, custodians, and banks.
